Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Asteri Tour & Travels, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy has been designed to ensure transparency and fairness for all our guests. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The structure below follows a standard travel cancellation policy similar to those commonly used for Kashmir tour operators.

Cancellation Policy

15 Days or More Before Travel Date

Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled travel date are eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable processing charges or advance payments already made to hotels, transport providers, or third-party vendors.

7 to 14 Days Before Travel Date

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled travel date will incur a 50% cancellation charge on the total package cost.

Less Than 7 Days Before Travel Date

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled travel date are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during booking. Refunds are generally completed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on banking procedures and payment providers.

Changes to Bookings

Requests for changes to travel dates, destinations, or package inclusions are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, modifications cannot always be guaranteed.

Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

In situations beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe Weather Conditions
  • Heavy Snowfall
  • Landslides
  • Road Closures
  • Government Restrictions
  • Natural Disasters
  • Security or Safety Concerns

Asteri Tour & Travels reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the trip. In such cases, guests may be offered an alternative travel date, travel credit, or a refund, depending on the circumstances and payments already made to third-party service providers.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled travel date without prior notice will be considered No-Shows, and no refund will be applicable.

Unused Services

No refund will be provided for any unused services after the trip has commenced, including accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, meals, or activities that are not utilized by the guest.
